His experience includes a decade serving as a Chief Presiding Judge for a state trial court, Interim President and Executive Director of a state university branch campus, as well as a senior executive people leader at a top-tier Research One university. A certified Title IX Coordinator for Gender Equity in Sports, DEI Expert, ADA Coordinator, EEO Officer, EQ Coach, and Lean Six Sigma black belt, Judge Wilson applies disciplined analysis, sound judgment, and restorative practices to complex challenges.

Judge Davis is a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy and he dedicates himself to mentoring emerging leaders and helping clients navigate challenges, build confidence, and achieve meaningful outcomes. Pastor Michael Charles is a Syracuse University graduate and former All‑American defensive tackle who played nine seasons in the NFL with the Dolphins, Chargers, and Raiders. During his professional career, he demonstrated exceptional discipline, resilience, and leadership on and off the field, earning respect as a teammate and competitor. As a member of the NFL Alumni Association, Michael continues to engage with the football community while mentoring and inspiring others. He is an ordained minister and a health and wellness coach. Beyond athletics, he is an experienced small business owner and a skilled financial advisor. In his consulting work, Michael applies the same focus, teamwork, and results-driven approach that defined his athletic career.
